Wednesday of last week was a fun-filled day for Miss Jenna Kathryn Pate and a busy day for Mommy! We began our day with an Egg Hunt at Ellie's school. Jenna was invited to play with the big girls and boy did that make her feel so special. Then we paid a visit to Mamaw at work. From there we joined up with Daddy for a picnic at the Hoover Lake and Jenna fed the ducks, played on the playground, threw rocks and played in the duck feed...she was worn out by the time we hit the road headed home. Our day ended with hair cuts for all the girls. Funny comment from Jenna (cause you know she has one), was when the hairstylist finished cutting her hair and turned her around to see herself in the mirror, Jenna says (very loudly and bold) "This doesn't look pretty cause my hair is in my FACE!"..
Gotta love the honestly of a three year old. Jenna Kathryn officially turns 3 on Monday, April 5th but we have been celebrating for a least a week now!
