Babies Born

Our babies were delivered 4:11 and 4:12 this afternoon. James Daniel was born 1st at 2 lbs. 9 oz. and John David 2nd at 2 lbs. 14 oz. John David had his cord wrapped around his neck twice, and James' cord wrapped around once. They were active and pink, but struggled breathing obviously. The neonatologist says they look great, they have taken their 1st round of breathing treatment medication, and are on the ventilators. They are breathing somewhat on their own, as the ventilator is on the lowest setting.

Dana did great! Definitely a new experience with the c-section delivery........16 people in the delivery room!

I'll do my best to keep posting as often as possible. We send you our sincere thanks for your prayers and thoughts. They've without a doubt been felt and certainly heard. Please continue to pray that these boys fight hard to breathe on their own and to be healthy.

We rejoice greatly with you! Brandon weighed 2 lb. 11 oz. and although due in mid June was born March 22. He is a BIG fellow now with a child of his own. He was delivered while his mother was in a coma and was 4 days old when she went to be with the LORD, but HE is faithful!
